We have a 7 day damaged merchandise policy. If a customer has a product and fails to comply with trying to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RGA) within this time, we accept no returns. The customer is responsible to accept delivery at the address supplied. If you are delivered a damaged item, please refuse the delivery if possible. If that is not possible and you have already taken the delivery, please contact us. The customer pays return shipping charge to the Return Granted authorization address and will receive a credit equivalent to the shipping charge paid. Due to purchasing and mail fraud, no replacement product will be sent and no credit will be issued until the original damaged product is returned. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. This credit will be issued in the form of the way the customer paid.

Generally speaking, warranties are offered by the manufacturers of the products. They are free of charge but are legally binding under the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers.
In law, a warranty is considered to be "an agreement to provide some benefit for a set period of time in the event of the goods or services being defective". For example, an HVAC manufacturer will usually offer a warranty with their products that, for a year or more, will carry out free parts for problems caused by a manufacturing defect.
Welcomehvac is not the manufacturer of any of the products on this website. Welcomehvac.com provides no warranty to any of the products we sell. Instead, most all products are covered under the manufacturer warranty and customers are encouraged to refer to the manufacturer for warranty information and registration of products.
